The Biewer Terrier

The first Biewer Terrier (pronounced Beaver) was born in 1984 in Germany and is still considered a rare breed today.

The original Biewer Terrier standard was written by Mr. Biewer and later advanced by Mrs. Biewer when she visited the Biewer Terrier Club of America (BTCA).

As of January 2021 the Biewer Terrier received full AKC recognition and acceptance as a breed.
