1) Please find below the adoption questionnaire which can be printed off and then emailed to [email protected] or return as picture to 705-203-3915 

2) Once approved, you will be added to our mailing list and asked to submit a non refundable $500.00 deposit to hold a specific puppy or to reserve a specific gender from the upcoming litter.  This is a non refundable deposit but it may be transferred to another puppy within 1 year from original date.

3) Deposit  accepted by money order, e-transfer, cash or cheque. Final payment accepted by cash, money order or e-transfer received 7 days before pick up or delivery of your puppy.

4) No personal visits allowed until the first set of shots are given to the pups at approximately 10 weeks of age. This is for the protection of the litter including YOUR puppy. No pets allowed to visit. We encourage visits but appointments are required.
